I finally got to mold one of my horses. It was a real struggle with the gypsum casting but damn it worked and worked good~~

"The Ardennes or Ardennais is one of the oldest breeds of draft horse, and originates from the Ardennes area in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. They are heavy-boned with thick legs and are used for draft work. -Horses from the Ardennes region were used in the Crusades in the 11th century by knights led by Godfrey of Bouillon. They were used during the 17th century by Marshal Turenne as remounts for his cavalry. In the French Revolution, they were considered to be the best artillery horse available, due to their temperament, stamina and strength." - Wikipedia, because learning is half the battle!

Actually, it would be awesome to see some sculptures from you in the same themes as your paintings D: i think a simple chicken wire + gauze bandage method could do nicely. there is a feel to it that i somehow can associate to your paintings. i think its the roughness of the shapes that usually comes out of it, makes everything feel surreal, if you aren't super skilled with it of course. I hate to work with chicken wire myself, maybe that's why it ends up so rough all the time xD

I've been entertaining the idea of messing with sculpture lately, but there's just no space..x.x I've moved and all, but we don't have our own house yet. I'm so used to being by myself, it feels strange to work on art stuff in front of him, I may wait until we move and I have my own room for it XD
I have started a new project though for the first time in a million years it seems x.x

I can understand how you feel, i always work close to my friends, being in the same school and all. Its hard to express all those emotions while working next to your best pals sometimes. I tend to start crying during work and embarrassing things like that xDD

So where you're moving, you think you're getting your own workshop or? : D

You're working on something new? Are you going to stop there or tell me the rest of the story? c'mon i wanna now more bout' it maan! i shared some of my inside stuff fo yoou X3

We actually just got approved for our house a few days ago! Its a 3 bedroom, so we'll each have our own space to work on our stuff :] We move in on the 16th and I am so freakin excited XD

Aw, it's nothing special really, just the same old colored pencil watercolor crap, I tell you what though, I sure have missed it XD It's funny how no matter how much time passes, you pick up that pencil and its like your hand just know what to do...

Holy hell is this happy news!!! So you've moved in now? I hope things went as planned!

The word "crap" in "old colored pencil watercolor crap" does not compute. Might i suggest rearranging the sentence and add a different word, as for example "awesome", "ingenious" and/or "unique"?

My apologies for delaying my answer, I hope you are well and all Lauren! <:

Yeah! (My god..I'm so late with responses..o.o) But yeah, all moved in now! :D
Now its just chaos with trying to get information switched over, name changes, license updating, all that jazz, but its coming together. ^^ House is nearly all set up and sorted though, so I should be getting back on board with drawing now that, priority #1 is pretty much cleared up..
this has been a buuusssyyyyyy last few months, very emotional, very stressful, but very worth it in the end..

You're too much man..XD;
I really need to switch it up though..try some new techniques or something..
